Caring for your ultrasound probes, addressing safety concerns, and repairing minor repairs can save you money and extend the life of your probes. Broken probes can be a patient safety issue and replacing irreparable probes can be costly. MXR Imaging can provide you information, guidance, and our comprehensive Probe Repair Program, SIMPLIFY.
All repairs are performed at our state-of the-art facility in Fishers, Indiana at Conquest Imaging, an MXR Imaging company.
Program Options
Flat Rate Pricing Program: Fill out the form on this page and provide us your probe details. A representative will contact you with your RMA# and instructions to send us your damaged probe. We evaluate to verify which flat rate option a MINOR, MAJOR, or ADVANCED repair is needed. We will begin immediately upon your approval.
Exchange Program: Fill out the form on this page and provide us your probe details. A representative will contact you with a quote, an RMA# and instructions to send us your damaged probe. Upon approval, we’ll overnight your replacement probe at a competitive exchange price.
Outright: Fill out the form on this page. Provide us your probe details. A representative will contact you with a quote for your new or refurbished probe at a competitive price.
Need a Loaner? Just let us know and we’ll overnight you a loaner probe. Once repaired, we send your probe back and you return the loaner within five days of receipt of the repaired probe.

From our fully operational probe lab in Indiana, we respond to you with the best possible solution every time–if we can fix your probe, we will. Actually, 85% of probes we evaluate are quoted as ‘repairable’–there’s no need to purchase a costly replacement.

Definitions
Minor Repair: Single repair (lens, strain relief, etc.)
Major Repair: Two or more minor repairs (lens, strain relief, cable repair, etc.)
Advanced Repair: Array, cable replacement, electronics
Cosmetic Options: are priced separately at lower rates and include: cable whitening, locking knob repair, ID tag replacement, housing reseal, strain relief tear repair, knob tightening, connector touchup.
